Quick-Service Retail Brands

We acquire and grow established quick-service brands—including bagel, ice cream, and specialty food concepts—with loyal customer bases and proven store-level performance. Our emphasis is on standardizing operations, enhancing unit economics, and selectively scaling into new markets.

Service-Based, Cash-Flowing Businesses
